Seminole hoops youth rec league- week 5 recap
Week 5 of the Seminole Hoops Youth Rec League delivered another thrilling round of games as teams continue to develop chemistry and sharpen their skills. From fast breaks to last-second buckets, players across all divisions showcased their improvement and passion for the game.
Coaches are seeing their teams gel, with players communicating more on defense, making smarter passes, and showing real hustle from tip-off to the final whistle. It’s clear the hard work at practices is paying off, and the excitement around the league continues to build each week.

Julian Nicholas
Carried his team leading with 22 points and 15 rebounds. He was able to keep it consistent and provide the points they needed to win.
Elias Segura
Had a strong all-around game, scoring 9 points while also tallying 7 steals, 1 block, and 5 rebounds. His relentless defense and ability to contribute in multiple areas made a significant impact for his team.
3rd-4th
Alina Navarro
Led her team to victory with a standout performance, scoring 12 key points. Her determination and skill on the court were instrumental in securing the win for her team.
Bryce Washington
Spearheaded a remarkable comeback, leading his team with his relentless effort and leadership. His impressive performance turned the game around and secured the win for his team.
Keegan Mcgahey
helped his team on offense and defense scoring 6 points while also having 3 steals and 2 rebounds. He was a big help when it came to keeping the flow for his team and taking the win.
5th-6th
Dash Anderson
Delivered an outstanding performance with 23 points, leading his team to a well-deserved victory. His scoring and energy on the court were key to securing the win.
Gavin smith
He played well all around making sure the team has defense and offense. He’s a great all around player that put pressure under the rim and putting up points
Tyeson Turner
He was able to keep the lead for his team with 19 points and 2 assists. He also helped out on defense having 3 steals leading to more points. He was a great all around player
7th-8th
Aleksandar Jeftic
Led his team with a 11 point victory by scoring a good majority of his shots
Benjamin Falmagne
Paint beast who can drive to the rim and get an easy layup whenever he wants ending with 17
Danny Perez
A guard who knows how to score the ball at an efficient level dropping 30 and creating open shots for his teammates and himself!
